Badania opieraj\u0105 si\u0119 na materiale badawczym zebranym w latach 2009\u20132024 oraz nowych pr\u00f3bkach zbieranych w latach 2025\u20132026 z konrastuj\u0105cych cz\u0119\u015bci fiordu ,co pozwala na uchwycenie zmienno\u015bci czasowej oraz przestrzennej oraz prognozowa\u0107 o wp\u0142ywie przysz\u0142ych zmian klimatycznych na organizmy kalcyfikuj\u0105ce.<\/p><p>Do analizy sk\u0142adu mineralogicznego i geochemicznego wykorzystujemy r\u00f3\u017cnorodne metody takie jak dyfrakcj\u0119 rentgenowsk\u0105 (XRD), spektrometri\u0119 mas z plazm\u0105 indukcyjnie sprz\u0119\u017con\u0105 (ICP-MS-QQQ), tomografi\u0119 mikrokomputerow\u0105 (micro-CT) oraz skaningow\u0105 mikroskopi\u0119 elektronow\u0105 (SEM).
